Hanson's International Trading (HIT) is an Australian food-processing company specialising in premium ready-to-cook and ready-to-serve chicken products. Our recipes were first proven through the success of Burnside Snack Bar in Ormeau, where customers consistently return for the taste and quality.

At HIT, we combine global flavours, quality ingredients, and proprietary in-house recipes developed by our founder, Patrick. Through years of refinement and real-world feedback, Patrick created the PFC – Patrick's Fried Chicken range, now known for its superior flavour and consistency.

Hanson is the name of Patrick's beloved son. The company was named to symbolise Patrick's deep love for him and to honour the next generation. Every product made by HIT carries this personal meaning — a reminder that the business stands for family, care, and legacy.

International represents the global inspiration behind our flavours. HIT specialises in chicken products influenced by cuisines from around the world — Japanese karaage, teriyaki, Greek souvlaki, and more. The word "international" reflects the diversity of flavours Patrick brings together.

Trading reflects HIT's wholesale mission. We marinate the chicken, produce high-quality food products, and deliver them to the hospitality industry across Australia. "Trading" represents our wholesale model and distribution capability.
